and high temperature structural ceramics, precise annealing of glass and
crystals, preparation of ceramic glaze, powder metallurgy, sintering of
nanometer materials, quenching of metal parts, and all heating treatments that
require fast heating up process.
FEATURE
Use 50-segment program temperature control
system, type-1300 good quality heating wire as heating elements, phase-shift
trigger, and SCR control. The hearth adopts type-1400 alumina multi-crystal
fiber materials, featuring balanced thermal field, lower surface temperature,
fast heating rate and energy conservation.

10. The equipment already includes 1 set of
furnace body, 1 block of furnace bottom stool, 1 piece of crucible, 1 piece of
K-type thermocouple, 1 pair of high temp gloves.
11. Please do not run the furnace at the
ultimate temp for long term.
12. Heating elements are within hearth inside being an
integral structure. Replacement of heating elements mean to replace the hearth
as a whole and the furnace has to be sent back to the manufacture site for that
purpose.
