VD (Vacuum Decarburization) furnace is used for vacuum degassing treatment of molten steel and fine adjustment of alloy composition and argon stirring in vacuum state.

 

VOD(Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization) furnace is used for oxygen-blowing, decarburization,
vacuum degassing, fine adjustment of alloy composition in vacuum state. It applies mainly
to ultra-low-carbon stainless steel and electric pure iron etc.
