LF (Ladle Refining Furnace)
n Application: refining molten steel for electric arc furnace and convertor, ideal system for producing special steel such as high-quality carbon steel, alloy structural steel, bearing steel, tool steel and stainless steel and meets need for continuous cast and continuous rolling.
n Constitution: ladle trolley and towline mechanism (or tow-cable), heating bridge and guide rollers, lid of heating oven and lifting mechanism, electrode elevation mechanism, furnace transformer, short net, argon blowing, water cooling, hydraulic, low-voltage electrical control and automation control systems.
